[Bug 1847830] Re: HWE kernel 5.0 breaks Joystick 2nd button
After more research this is not a bug. Apparently the old kernel was more tolerant towards the Usage Maximum of the HID descriptor of the joystick being misconfigured to 0x29 0x01. Changing it to 0x29 0x02 fixed the issue for kernel 5.0.
