When booting live, there is a delay of 1 min 30 seconds (tested in Kubuntu, Lubuntu and Xubuntu, but not in standard Ubuntu. It can be seen when booted (live) without 'quiet splash'. I think the delay is caused by the logic concerning wifi, and I suspect that it is connected to the issue of this bug report. This happens also when Secure Boot is disabled. Reproduced on 19.10 Ubuntu image (http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily- live/20191016.5/eoan-desktop-amd64.iso) on a Dell XPS 13 running with UEFI and Secure Boot. Steps to reproduce: 1. Boot the 19.10 image 2. Select "Install Ubuntu" 3.
