Public bug reported:

On dell 3521 inspiron series ubiquity never crashed till ubuntu 18.04
but this time it crashed saying inpput output error, am using USB live
disk to install which i used to install on my friend's dell 5577 few
hour ago.  Am trying again now if this time it will work i will update
this bug here...
