Public bug reported: I have ru_RU.UTF-8 and majority of elements are written in Russian and Cyrillic. When I open mate menu some UI elements are in Russian with Cyrillic - but somehow application names are in Russian that is transliterated into latin. See screenshot - for example Cheese app.
I'm fairly certain that this was not a problem on 19.04 and appeared after upgrade. Please let me know if additional information is needed. Thanks!
