I just checked the 5.3.0-46, those patches are in the -46 kernel. ** Description changed: Two days ago the audio of my laptop was still working fine. Between then and now I did a kernel and gnome-shell update (those are the ones I remember). Now my sound settings do not show any devices beyond the dummy ones. Ok, I've downgraded to kernel 5.3.0-40-generic and the audio works again.
