Public bug reported:

After hours of googling and several fresh installs of Ubuntu 19.10 I
still can't get my wifi working right.

After suspending the system for the 2nd time after a full power cycle,
the wifi card stops working entirely. No noetworks, resetting the
service doen't work and using the b43 installer package doesn't either.
I've tried several scripts from the forums put in to the suspend startup
folder (linux noob alert). At my wits end, and although rebooting Ubuntu
takes less than half the time of Windows or MacOS I'm finding it really
irritating. Han I haz Help PLZ
