Public bug reported:
I'm running qpdfview 0.4.18 on Lubuntu 20.04. When I create a new
bookmark from the menu Bookmarks > Add New Bookmark Ctrl+B, save with
Ctrl+S, close the pdf and reopen, the bookmark is not saved.
