I upgraded my kids' computer to the 5.4.0-39-generic kernel today.
- Afterwards, the screen started freezing after a couple of minutes of

I could login over SSH from my computer without difficulty. Running

crashed when my daughter tried to launch Firefox after logging in, and
the following appeared while I was watching the output of 'dmesg -w':

The system has been running beautifully up until today. Installing the
other driver versions listed below didn't help any.
