Public bug reported:

I tried to update from ubuntu 18.04 to ubuntu 20.04 LTS but upon
calculation of upgrade it fails due to possibly broken third party
packages. If this is not the case then I am not sure. I expected it to
successfully upgrade however, the upgrade process as per the image
attached indicates failed.
