+ They will upstream this fix with some other fixes later.

+ Verified on RTL8723DE [10ec:d723] wifi card, and it enters PC10 during long 
idle.
  
  [Where problems could occur]
+ The fix is pretty simple and small, and just increases the idle/active 
latency value. Nothing could went wrong in this case.
