Public bug reported: I encounter the (rare) situation where the update-manager's "reminder" popped up with the "Restart Now" button below my mouse cursor just when I clicked with the intention to select something in the window below the newly opened reminder window. As a result, my PC rebooted with all my work lost.
This is unacceptable. Even though this might only occur in rare circumstances, the desktop should not present random windows to the user that might lead to a loss of work. I suggest that the update-manager should be properly integrated into the GNOME software centre (as it is on Debian), or at least only show a notification should be shown that opens the current pop-up when clicked on.
