I'm using an all in one pc of lenovo..
Can you please walk through the process to install any lightweight linux
distro and also help to set up the bios settings in favour to the new
distro

Thanks for the bug report. We will need to see a system log from a
failed boot. To do that, please:

1. Reproduce the bug again (without nomodeset).

2. Reboot with nomodeset.

3. Run:

   journalctl -b-1 > prevboot1.txt
   journalctl -b-2 > prevboot2.txt

4. Attach the resulting text files here.

** Package changed: xorg (Ubuntu) => xorg-server (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: xorg-server (Ubuntu)
   Status: New => Incomplete
