Unfortunately 5.11.0-20-generic does NOT fix the wifi. Although I can get sound working, I cannot get wifi ath11k to work at all on the Dell XPS 17 9700 with 5.11.0-20-generic. ath11k issue, bug 1930637, should have been and only have to be fixed in 5.11.0-20-generic. 5.10-oem is not affected by that issue as you also mentioned that in the bug description. I'm not sure if I fully understand what you mean.
