I just figured out that I can move the slider between the left-most and
right-most position using the home and end keys on my keyboard, I
haven't been able to put it to the middle just using the keyboard. I
also consider this not very intuitive.
There is a Fn-key combination on the built in keyboard though which
controls this brightness level, so it might not be that much of an
issue.
But there might be other areas where there are similar issues with
scrollbars. So it might be a general issue with GTK+ scrollbars or a
scrollbar might not be suitable for this setting.
Directly above is the control for controlling the built in screen's
brightness, but as this has much more granularity, I don't experience
this issue there.
