This bug is a hardware bug. The USB-C to USB-A cables did not work.
Finding the OEM cables worked.

Hmmm, I change the usb-c to usb-a cable to the official one and it
works. I need to try it on this ubuntu 22.04. I will close it tomorrow
when I get to it. I wonder why usb-c cables matter for a keyboard
