[Bug 201055] Re: Please merge pidgin 2.4.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
There is a bug in this Pidgin. I can not resize area in conversation window where I type. :( That isn't a bug. That's a new feature! You can't manually resize the text area anymore (only auto-resize). Corresponding part of the official changelog: Pidgin: - Input text area in conversation windows auto-resizes to fit more lines (up to a maximum of 4 lines) If you don't like this behavior, you should complain to the pidgin developers. -- Please merge pidgin 2.4.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/201055 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

If they change a minor release (like 2.4.1) fixing this feature, do you think it will be able to enter in Hardy repositories (without needing another feature freeze, or wait for a backport)? -- Please merge pidgin 2.4.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/201055 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
