Yes I think you should then be shown some buttons that allow you to
click through and report the crash formally.

If you don't have success with 'ubuntu-bug' then try 'apport-cli'
instead.

Please don't attach crash files to bugs because it's a security risk for
yourself. Instead run:

  ubuntu-bug /var/crash/YOURFILE.crash
