Public bug reported:
amberol fails to build.
It has a dependency chain on rust-zbus. Unfortunately, rust-zbus is not
easily buildable with the current packaged Rust crates, and there is
very little time left before Ubuntu 24.04 LTS is finalized.
Therefore, let's revendor amberol.
(This is not that different from what we do with Snapshot where
vendoring is required to meet current Main Inclusion policy.)
