the playlist is filtered but text files are accepted because they can be
playlist, do you have other specific example which should not be listed
but are there?

For instance dragging the folder into the playlist.

How do you add complete folders to the playlist? The file-chooser should
only display supported files to choose from.

2008-05-06 Thread Sofa
For sure :-)

1) Adding a invalid file into totems playlist, like text. This also
happens when adding a complete directory (e.g. album) containing a text
file.

2) Skipping these files so playing continues.

3) Complete Playback Stop and an Error Message, that the file is not
supported.

2008-05-02 Thread Pedro Villavicencio
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better. Unfortunately we can't fix it, because your description didn't include
enough information. You may find it helpful to read How to report bugs
effectively http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be
grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem.
We have instructions on debugging some types of problems.
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures
At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the
problem,
2. the behavior you expected, and
3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible).
Thanks!
