Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System -> About Ubuntu. Description: Ubuntu 8.04 Release: 8.04 2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy packagename' or by checking in Synaptic. gnome-screensaver 3) What you expected to happen and What happened instead. My screensaver turns on as usual. I choose Flurry as my main screensaver. I set screensaver timeout for 5 minutes. I go to lunch for an hour. When I come back , my screensaver freeze. I press spacebar , Screensaver disappear. It turns to a blank black screen and the unlock window not appear. So the system freeze. I can't do anything (Alt+Ctrl+BkSpc ,Alt+Ctrl+F1-6,....). So I have to Alt+PrtSc+(R-E-I-S-U-B) This case didn't happen in gutsy.
