Work-round is:
 sudo ln -s /usr/lib/itcl3.2 /usr/share/tcltk/.

To fix broken link to tkdesk documentation:
 sudo rm /usr/lib/tkdesk/doc
 sudo ln -s /usr/share/doc/tkdesk/tkdesk-doc /usr/lib/tkdesk/doc

Tkdesk is looking in the wrong place for itcl after the change in location of
tcl and tk in Hardy.
Could be that itcl should have been changed to match the tcltk changes?

Thanks for looking after tkdesk - a principal reason I use Ubuntu!
