I think this should be marked as Fix released, since oneiric has vim-lesstif as a transitional package to vim-athena. The source package for vim is in Ubuntu main and as such can only use build-dependencies from main and to build vim-lesstif, vim needs to build-depend on lesstif2. vim-lesstif is currently dropped from the Debian packaging on purpose. As lesstif is in universe (and vim in main) lesstif must first move to main.
