Should really be a papercut, it affects everyone that I know of that has installed ubuntu. I agree with this, but I understand why there would be arguments against it. It can be a confusing tool to use as not all the plugins work well with each other. But, it's is an _awesome_ tool which makes the destkop highly customizable. Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu 9.10 install, that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of this project. - Adding a new package to the default install , is not a papercut.
