Hi: Yeah, that is a problem that appears when you need more things to use "safely" compiz. You must look at this page: http://www.howtoforge.com/compiz-fusion-ubuntu-8.04-nvidia-geforce- fx-5200 Install compizconfig-settings-manager and emerald. Then install fusion-icon and run it. With right click enable "compiz" and "emerald".
