It is done. Attaching the debdiff with cherry picks, which fix both this bug and bug 338196 - they are related in a way, so there is a single patch for both. Confirmed. This is ultra irritating as you can't do things like use the colour white from the HSV palette (unless you count typing the RGBA value in hex every single time a workaround).
