Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
=== Issue === I use motion JPEG images/videos with an application called "motion". When I view the motion jpegs it produces most of the time in FF3 they show that it's really just reloading the same source image over and over to produce a video. === What I expect === Firefox should wait for the image to be fully downloaded before drawing it for motion jpeg clips so that the user doesn't get a crazy flickering effect. === Reproduction === I'd rather not share this URL, but here's my camera that I'm referring to: http://orion.dawning.ca:8081/ === Platform === I've observed this issue with Firefox 3.0.1 on Linux and Windows.
