Martin, we had the same problem with the ku locale. Ulrich reacted only long after we had it done in Ubuntu. Someone needs to create a locale ckb_TR, which should then be submitted upstream and added to langpack-locales and langpack-o-matic's locale map. Then langpacks will be built auomatically.
