[Bug 2734] Re: Enabling this plugin crashes XMMS

2007-04-23 Thread mp

This bug has reappeared in Feisty:

Message: device: default
Gdk-ERROR **: BadAccess (attempt to access private resource denied)
  serial 7 error_code 10 request_code 33 minor_code 0

The thing is that I only really need this plugin to control my laptop
multimedia keys - and given the Ubuntu mission to conquer the desktop there
really should be a similarly simple utility to control those special keys.

The iTouch plugin so nice 'cause it let's you grab the keys simply by
pressing them - no coding, no odd numbers, just a few click and you're
set to go.

2006-06-14 Thread apollo2011
Does this problem persist on Ubuntu Dapper 6.06?

Apparently not, I was using the plugins in hoary when they quit working
in Breezy but when I upgraded to Dapper, they worked fine again. Unless
someone else has experienced this problem in Dapper, its somehow been
fixed.
