This bug has reappeared in Feisty: Message: device: default Gdk-ERROR **: BadAccess (attempt to access private resource denied) serial 7 error_code 10 request_code 33 minor_code 0 The thing is that I only really need this plugin to control my laptop multimedia keys - and given the Ubuntu mission to conquer the desktop there really should be a similarly simple utility to control those special keys. Does this problem persist on Ubuntu Dapper 6.06? Apparently not, I was using the plugins in hoary when they quit working in Breezy but when I upgraded to Dapper, they worked fine again.
