Error on Karmic: INFO: imwheel started (pid=2466) Setting IM through im-switch for locale=en_US. Start IM through /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/all_ALL linked to /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/default. /usr/bin/xmodmap: unable to open file '/usr/share/apps/kxkb/ubuntu.xmodmap' for reading /usr/bin/xmodmap: 1 error encountered, aborting. Also, imwheel intermittently stops working on Karmic. I have to issue imwheel -k to get it to work again. I am not sure what the error is. I was having this problem in Intrepid beta (amd64) with latest updates. imwheel crashed every time I log in when it was set to start automatically in /etc/X11/imwheel/startup.conf. Starting it manually after it crashed worked just fine. However, adding imwheel to my gnome session instead of using the startup.conf file solved the problem. I'm also suffering the same bug. Imwheel crashes with SIGSEGV in memcpy() on every startup when logging into gnome. My system is 8.04, 2.6.24-19-generic i686.
