The convention is to list the *remaining* Ubuntu changes - this is useful because it gives the next merger a starting point for determining changes. While you're at it, could you fix bug 296175 - that should just require the miro package to Conflicts: miro-data < 1.2.8. And browsing the miro bug page for bugs you can close with the upload would be good - you'll close bug 289433 with this package, for example.
