I can confirm this. For example, I have a date 13-02-32 in the edit dialog while the correct date should be 28-11-08. I can confirm that there is something wrong with the edit dialog. For instance, if I edit an event that was created on 18th Nov 2008, the edit dialog shows some other date with a (random but instance-constant) offset but with the correct formatting.
