Reverting to new, because I think I've a similar problem with Thunderbird 2.0.0.23+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.9.04.1 Thunderbird crashes while sending a mail and the server doesn't reply. Steps to reproduce the issue: 1)send a mail to a smtp server that doesn't reply 2)wait till an error dialog appears 3) press Ok - thunderbird crashes If thunderbird doesn't crash at the first time, repeat from 1) This is the output from thunderbird -g [New Thread 0xac6fbb90 (LWP 5851)] [Thread 0xad6fdb90 (LWP 5848) exited] [Thread 0xac6fbb90 (LWP 5851) exited] Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
