I agree with David: there is a bug, we have seen it both. We only need to find a way to reproduce it. Well, I think changing the indexing preferences (like adding a path or changing the language of the stemmer) will trigger the building operation. Unless the software changed between our bug reports, maybe better to keep the report open and find out when this bug happens? I don't get this bug anymore today. Could it be that it only happens when tracker is performing its initial indexing?
