Wow, that was you in the video? Nicely done, i thought it had been produced by some company. Ok, i'm not on a laptop and also have trouble navigating around with the keyboard but the mouse does work for me. Ahah, it seems that + and - expand the listed items in the tree-view (or shift arrow-keys) - seems non-standard but there seems to be good reason. Ok, i can navigate with my keyboard now but just have to remember how. Is this way working for you too? When you select something, it selects the bottom or top selection instead! Err, it worked for me. Ubuntu 8.10 Totem 2.24.3 probably not the same hardware. It hadn't occured to me to try navigating with the keyboard as the mouse works fine. Carefully avoided using it? Er, I was using an external mouse! Ok now I made two further videos with the help of my girlfriend. This video shows it kinda working.
