Hi Rory, I forwarded a copy of your bug report to Oskar, the lead atool developer and here's what he had to say: It is totally dependant on the underlying archiver unfortunately. I suspect the user in question was listing a zip archive. The unzip in debian seems to use the American date format and I know of no way to change that. Hi again Rory, I'll mark this bug as invalid (for lack of a better status code) since the bug comes from another package. Please try the same operation directly with unzip (or whatever archive type you were using) and file a new bug against that package if you can reproduce it. Thanks for taking the time to report this.
