Binary package hint: nautilus

I was deleting a lot of file in a remote ftp, qhen nautilus pop up an error 
message "The file is not a directory" in all the file that contains \' (slash 
apostrophe) for example:
Assassin-GullySit\'n.jpg

I tried to rename it and it gives me error..

versione of the softwares:
Ubuntu intrepid
nautilus 2.24.1-0ubuntu2
