[Bug 326589] Re: Import from camera does not import avi files

2010-08-24 Thread Braiam Peguero
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it
would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers
of the software by following the instructions at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME. If you have done so, please
tell us the number of the upstream bug (or the link), so we can add a
bugwatch that will inform us about its status. Thanks in advance.

[Bug 326589] Re: Import from camera does not import avi files

2010-07-17 Thread teledyn
I am using 0.6.1.5 from the Ubuntu 10.04, and I do not see any importing
of AVI files; using version 0.4.3.1 in Ubuntu 8.04, the f-spot would see
the .AVI files and offer to copy them, and then copy them into the
correctly dated folders, although it would not show them in the
thumbnail display. The new version launches when the camera is attached
and opens the import dialog, but there are no files shown, the list is
blank and the OK button is greyed. This is a serious loss of function,
but there does not appear to be any configuration option to restore the
earlier behavior.

[Bug 326589] Re: Import from camera does not import avi files

2009-11-01 Thread auticomics
I have ubuntu 9.10 (Or rather the newest version) and My camera makes .mov
files.
But F-spot refuses to put them in the computer memory. And I´m really bugged,
because it had a sketch for youtube on it. And my freinds really wanted to see
it.
And it does not take out all of the photo´s either, just the first eight, while
I had 25 photo´s on it.
I´ve tried deleting a few, and putting in 32 bit video thing, but nothing works
with my camera. (kodak Easyshare DX7440)

[Bug 326589] Re: Import from camera does not import avi files

2009-02-07 Thread Mark Spohr
Just went through the process again and it now seems to be importing but
the avi files are not shown in f-spot (they are in the folder, however).
I am now doubting that I had a problem earlier... probably just confused
(again).
