- Add patch to fix tree view when userland threads are hidden

I have applied this patch to the Ubuntu package and uploaded it. I would
appreciate someone on Jaunty (with big processes 10gb VIRT) to test it
(htop 0.8.1-3ubuntu1) and report any breakages etc.
