[Bug 328268] Re: compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV
Changed it to status new as the comment of 2009-06-12 stating that this bug is a duplicate of one of those compiz bugs cannot be true today 2009-11-08 on ubuntu 9.10? Hope changing that status isn't a problem :) -- compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/328268 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 328268] Re: compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV
As this crash report is incomplete there is no way for you to know if you are having the same problem. That is why this bug was closed. You most likely are not having the same issue. ** Changed in: compiz (Ubuntu) Status: New = Invalid -- compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/328268 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 328268] Re: compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV
Thanks for your bug report. Unfortunately this report does not have a backtrace which makes it very difficult to investigate the problem. Due to the number of crashes that are currently being reported against Compiz we will close this bug assuming it is a duplicate of one of the existing crash bugs at http://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/. For more information on problems with visual effects see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/VisualEffects. If you are able you can try to obtain a backtrace using http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash. If you think the backtrace is unique please attach the file to the bug report and mark the bug as New. ** Changed in: compiz (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete = Invalid -- compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/328268 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Me too. I've just downloaded some updates, and at reboot I have this warning, even if Compiz seems to work fine, so Ill' try to obtain the backtrace. -- compiz.real crashed with SIGSEGV https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/328268 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
