This bug wasn't fixed upstream but had a workaround at http://board.zsnes.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=18t=12339. Closing with that workaround. I am getting this error in Jaunty x64. I have two sound cards and pulseaudio. It works when starting with -ad sdl for the first time. The core dump. Somehow apport is not really able to deal with this. The proc was in tracing stop because I had it in gdb, but gdb does not give anything meaningful despite zsnes-dbgsym being installed.
