I can select any language but all is only in English. Gutsy - Intrepid are affected. Still investigating why. Ok, I rebuilt locally with and without -updates enabled and translations are created just fine, so it should not be from changes introduced in the packages. Talked to the soyuz folks, and this is due to translations mistakenly being stripped after the build for packages in universe, which don't have langpacks.
