Binary package hint: otrs2
Steps to reproduce:
- Install otrs2 w/. default configuration
- Connect to otrs2 as r...@localhost
- Go to admin > package manager
- Upload package file
Result:
Error indicating that module XML/Parse/Lite.pm can't be loaded.
Solution:
apt-get install xml-parser-lite-tree-perl resolved the problem
