I haven't been able to do any testing recently regarding this and other bugs submitted, as I'm experiencing issues with my hard drive (currently running off 2G USB stick). Just finished testing the latest version 0.8.13 running off live USB stick and with a old USB attached IDE hard drive. Everything worked perfect, no issues with bugs #372508 nor #372512 either. This is normal if there's not enough signal to get the PAT/ PMT tables from the stream. A signal lock message doesn't mean much.
