Binary package hint: f-spot

When using the "attach tag" functionality when importing photos f-spot
may crash with the following exception if one of the tags already
exists.

  at Mono.Data.SqliteClient.SqliteCommand.ExecuteNonQuery () [0x00000] 
  at Banshee.Database.QueuedSqliteCommand.Execute () [0x00000] 

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Import photos, set the tags "foo, bar"
 2. Import more photos, set the tags "bar, baz"
