I am afraid it is not fixed. Selecting "On Top" from WM pull-down menu still doesn't make a tick appear next to "On Top" position in Totem's "View" menu. I've tested it on Totem 2.16.x and 2.17.5 (backported by hand to edgy) with Metacity 2.16.x and 2.17.5 and Beryl 0.1.99. Neither of these combinations worked as it should. BTW, the upstream bug report isn't actually about the same problem. In Edgy, the "on top" menu is now synchronized with the desktop manager's "on top" menu: the bug is fixed in Edgy.
