*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 215902 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/215902 Bug #215902 mentions Ubuntu and PDF since that is what the bug reporter happened to be using when the bug was first noticed. I fixed this bug in cairo[1] and I know it affects all cairo printing surfaces (ie PDF, PostScipt and Windows printing). You can determine the version of cairo you are using by saving to PDF then open the PDF file in Adobe Reader, goto File->Properties->Description and check the PDF producer version. However; the fix for Bug # 215902 involves Ubuntu and PDF. However, my problem is occuring using Windows Vista operating system and printing using the built-in Print function within InkScape (i.e. the file being printed is in .svg format and not PDF). Therefore, this bug IS NOT A DUPLICATE OF BUG # 215902. Please re-instate it as an open bug.
