Not sure which package to report this against, sorry.  I tried to look
for a dupe but couldn't find any obvious report of an identical case.

The Fn+F3 suspend key does nothing; in my limited testing, the case
seems to be the same for all the Fn+Fx keys.  I see nothing in any
system log file, and xev is completely quiet when I press those keys, so
it looks like they are being lost completely.

Suspending from the Gnome logout etc menu works fine.

This is a very plain-jane Jaunty install from scratch, English language
but Finnish keyboard.  The machine is a Toshiba Libretto U105.
