Binary package hint: evolution
Custom sized paper doesn't work in evolution. To test, go to File>Page
Setup, and then create a new custom paper size of 220x176mm. Select this
paper size and hit apply. The setting is not remembered. It instead
chooses the last included paper size.
Even going back and selecting it again, no matter how many times one
selects the custom size it instead chooses the last included paper size.
