Sometimes after waking the laptop (dell vostro 1400) from suspend, the
bluetooth is not visible on the top panel.
The bluetooth led is ON, but the hciconfig reports:

I have to turn off then on the bluetooth via the wireless switch in order to be
started again.
I had no problems with the 8.10 ,
my system is Ubuntu 9.04, bluez: 4.39-0ubuntu1.
