[Bug 420915] Re: ubuntu karmic alpha 4 wireless keyboard not recognised on grub menu and PC waits indefinitely for menu choice
I see the same problem, I do not think it is a BIOS problem. I moved to Ubuntu when Karmic was officially released, initially it worked well. But after a week or so, an update to grub2 was installed. After this happened, grub no longer responds to the USB keyboard. /Jakob -- ubuntu karmic alpha 4 wireless keyboard not recognised on grub menu and PC waits indefinitely for menu choice https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/420915 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 420915] Re: ubuntu karmic alpha 4 wireless keyboard not recognised on grub menu and PC waits indefinitely for menu choice
I hereby withdraw my previous comment. It was the BIOS. The bios on my ThinkPad T60 was upgraded a few days ago, that obviously broke USB keyboard support :-( Sorry about the noise!
